1.5 bananas
75 g dark chocolate
75 g cashews
200 g oats
40 g grated coconut
120 g date paste or dates
60 g coconut oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

This healthy snack goes down like a cookie.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Roughly chop the chocolate and the cashews.

Put the oats, grated coconut, date paste, coconut oil, chocolate, and cashews in a bowl.

Add the banana.

Mix until a homogeneous dough.

Roll the dough into balls.

Place the balls on a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray. Leave some space between the balls, as the cookies will spread a bit.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Let cool.
