4 tbsp Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Lime & pepper spices Santa Maria

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Pour the olive oil into a fireproof dish, finely chop the garlic and add it.

Place the dish on the BBQ and let it cook for a moment.

Add the lamb's lettuce.

Season with lime & pepper and cook briefly and vigorously on the BBQ.
