Wash the leek and cut it into pieces, cut the cauliflower into florets, place them in a steamer basket and steam until cooked.
Mix half of the cheese into the béchamel sauce.
Stir the mashed potatoes well again.
Mix the minced meat with the herbs and spread it on the bottom of a baking dish, pressing it down not too firmly.
Spread the mashed potatoes on top, then the leek and cauliflower, the béchamel sauce, and the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake for about 25 minutes at 190°C with low steam.
