4 slices of bread
1 egg
200 ml milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp coconut oil (for frying)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut off the crusts all around, making sure the crusts are still nicely attached to each other, place on a board and roll flat evenly, press down with your hand and simultaneously poke a saté stick through to form a lollipop.

Beat the eggs with the milk, pour into a deep plate. Pour the sugar into a separate plate. Dip the saté with crusts into the egg mixture and then into the sugar, can also be done with a brush or spoon over it.

Heat a non-stick pan with some coconut oil and fry on both sides until nicely caramelized, be careful it's hot! So let it cool down a bit and then dig in!
