800g baby potatoes
250g tomato sauce (not too runny)
250g grated cheese
Pepperoni or hotdog sausage, sliced
Olive oil
Pepper and salt from the grinder

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Wash the baby potatoes and steam them until done. Then place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Cut a cross in each baby potato and flatten them with a glass, using baking paper or plastic wrap. Season with pepper, salt, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.

Spread the tomato sauce, cheese, and sausage slices over the potato bases. Bake again for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is nicely melted.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
