What do you need?

Quantity: 1 loaf

250 g quark
3 eggs
100 g almond flour
30 g coconut flour
30 g chia seeds
6 g baking powder
Pinch of salt
A handful of sunflower seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Line a loaf pan with baking paper.

Sprinkle the bottom with sunflower seeds.

Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous mass, pour this into the mold.

Smooth it out and sprinkle with sunflower seeds or other seeds/nuts.

Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180°C. Let cool.

Store in the refrigerator.
