125 g blonde raisins
300 g oatmeal
2 eggs
150 g full-fat quark
1 tablespoon speculaas spices
1 ripe banana
8 fresh plums
a handful of pumpkin seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Soak the raisins in water for 30 minutes and drain them.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C.

Blend the oatmeal into flour in a food processor.

Add the raisins, eggs, and quark.

Add the speculaas spices.

Cut the banana into pieces, add it, and mix everything together.

Line a rectangular cake tin with baking paper.

Pour the batter into the tin.

Wash the plums, cut them into pieces, and place them on the batter.

Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top and press them down a bit.

Bake the speculaas for 40 minutes.
