Quantity: 1.5L

2-3 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1 lemon washed
2 tbsp honey (or more to taste)
1 tbsp or bag green tea

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the ginger, grate finely, and put it in the teapot.

Slice the lemon into thin slices and add it along with the honey and green tea.

Fill the pot with boiling water, stir, and let it steep for 5 minutes.

Ready to serve. Pour into cups and finish off with a slice of lemon.
