200 ml Greek yogurt
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
2 cloves of garlic
4 anchovy fillets in oil, drained
1 tsp fresh chili pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Flatbread (pita bread, naan…)

How do you make this?

You read it right: 'friendly' garlic sauce. Not because it has little garlic in it, but because my variation on the regular recipe is much lower in fat and calories. Serve the sauce as a tapa with flatbread. Guaranteed to be gone in no time!

Mix the yogurt with the lime juice and honey in a bowl.

Peel the garlic cloves, chop them finely and add them.

Cut the anchovy fillets into small pieces and mix them with the finely chopped chili into the dip.

Finally, add olive oil and salt and stir well.

Serve with flatbread.

If you prefer it a bit less spicy, just omit the chili pepper.
