Preheat the oven to 200°.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and sprinkle the sugar over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Beat the eggs and mix them with the milk along with the oil and vinegar.
Put the flour, flaxseed, and salt in a bowl, add the milk and eggs, and knead for 5 minutes until a homogeneous mass.
It is normal for the dough to be sticky.
Turn it out onto a floured work surface, sprinkle with extra flour, and knead it into a ball.
Place in a greased pan lined with baking paper and let it rise for 1 hour until it has doubled in volume.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Let the bread cool down before slicing it. I know… very difficult!!
