Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop garlic, coriander, and chili pepper. Rasp ginger and lemongrass. Mix these ingredients under the minced meat, season with fish sauce and make balls of it.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the balls nicely brown, remove them from the pan and set aside. Use the same pan for the sauce.

For the tomato sauce: stew onion, garlic and chili pepper in oil. Deglaze with fish sauce, add tomato cubes, passata, curry paste and coconut cream. Add the balls and let it boil briefly.

For the finish: finely chop lime into segments, chop coriander, and spoon the flesh from the avocado.

For the rice: Cook the rice with a stalk of lemongrass and salt according to the package.

Serve the balls with sauce, rice, and finish with coriander, lime and avocado.
