Quantity: 1 serving

1 soaked medjool date
25 g oats
200 ml almond milk (or to taste)
80 g blueberries
0.5 banana
5 mint leaves
2 tbsp peanut butter (+ extra for topping)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the date open, remove the pit, and soak for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Put the soaked date together with all other ingredients in a blender and blend on high power for 30 seconds.

Scrape down the sides in between and blend until the smoothie is nice and creamy.

Pour into a glass and top with extra berries, peanut butter, and mint.
