200 g fettuccini cooked al dente + 2 to 3 ladles of warm cooking water
1 knob of butter
150 g fresh grated Parmesan cheese
200 g spinach
200 ml cream
200 g chicken thigh meat cut into small cubes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

200 ml cream

2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the chicken cubes with the dry herbs and oil in a bowl, heat a pan and brown the cubes all around, remove them and set aside.

Melt a knob of butter in the same pan and add 100 g Parmesan, cream, and 1 ladle of cooking water, stirring vigorously until the sauce has reduced a bit and looks creamy.

Add the meat, spinach, and pasta, stir everything together, adding more cooking water if it becomes too dry.

Finish off with the remaining grated Parmesan.
