1 tbsp chai spice mix
150 ml boiling water
150-180 ml unsweetened milk of your choice
1 tsp date powder

Finishing:
Star anise
Cardamom pod

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Brewing tea: Place the chai spices in a tea filter or tea bag and pour in the boiling water. Let it steep for 5 minutes.

Frothing milk: Put the milk together with the date powder in a milk frother and heat until it froths. Don't have a milk frother? Then heat the milk in a saucepan and whisk until foamy with a whisk.

Combining: Remove the tea bag from the tea and pour in the warm frothed milk.

Finishing: Finish with a star anise and a cardamom pod for extra aroma and flavor.
