100 g Panko
150 g Parmesan
Curry or spices that kids choose themselves (in Grace's case soft yellow curry, garlic powder, and paprika powder)
Pepper and salt
1 large cauliflower cut into florets
6 tbsp olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 185°C

Put a large pot of water on the stove to cook the rice or pasta. Cook according to the package instructions.

Put the olive oil in a bowl along with the chosen spices, pepper, and salt. Mix everything well together.

Mix the panko and Parmesan together. Roll and coat the cauliflower well in the panko-Parmesan mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the remaining herb oil over the cauliflower florets.

Bake for 20 min in the oven at 185°C, poke them to check if they are cooked.

Cook the edamame beans as per the package instructions

Serve optionally with, for example, some Katsu sauce or another dip (see sauces and dips)
