Oatmeal Put the oatmeal, milk, and vanilla pod in a small pot.
Bring to a boil for 1 min, turn off the heat, and let it rest for a bit.
Stir in the mascarpone vigorously.
Place a teaspoon of healthy chocolate in each bowl.
Spread the oatmeal over that.
Sprinkle generously with cocoa powder and pour the ristretto over it…

Healthy chocolate 2 tbsp nut butter 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder A few tbsp milk or plant-based milk 2 tbsp Yukon syrup Mix everything, and done!
