50 g tuna A splash of olive oil Pepper from the mill Salt A few leaves of romaine lettuce or young butterhead lettuce 1 tsp lemon juice 3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp mustard A few drops of dark soy sauce 1 boiled egg 2 slices of fried veal fillet 1 anchovy fillet 1 tbsp bread crumbs 2 tbsp capers A few sprigs of watercress

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Fry or grill the piece of tuna for two minutes on each side in a bit of olive oil and season with pepper and salt. Then cut it into small cubes.

Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly, chop them finely, and place them at the bottom of the glasses.

Mix the lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, and soy sauce. Mash the egg.

Slice the veal fillet into small pieces and the anchovy fillet into strips.

Fill the glasses with a few pieces of tuna and veal fillet, some egg, and a few strips of anchovy.

Top with a teaspoon of the mayo mixture, a few bread crumbs, a caper, and a sprig of watercress.
