This drink is pure nature, without sugars, additives or aromas—completely organic and so refreshingly delicious! In combination with the other fresh ingredients, this is truly a mocktail to enjoy endlessly. And... nope, no added sugars as the cherry on top, so just let yourself go completely! Cheers!

What do you need?

5 cm cucumber
50 ml fresh cucumber juice
200 ml elderflower drink
1 ml lemon juice
10 basil leaves
Ice cubes

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Making cucumber juice: Cut a 5cm piece of cucumber and roughly chop the rest. Place in a tall measuring cup and blend until smooth. Strain the juice and refrigerate.

Prepare the mocktail: Cut the cucumber into small pieces and put it in a glass with the basil leaves and lemon juice. Crush everything well with a muddler or the back of a spoon, so that all the aromas are released.

Assemble: Add the elderflower drink and stir well. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture through, possibly straining it again.

Finishing: Finish with a cucumber strip and a basil leaf. Serve immediately and enjoy!
