250 g noodles
500 g peeled scampi
300 g edamame beans
2 to 3 pointed peppers
2 tbsp peanut oil

3 spring onion
1 Bot Coriander
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Bottle of hot sauce

Sauce:
2 KL fresh ginger
2 tbsp honey
60 ml of soy sauce
60 ml of apple juice
½ fluorescent chili powder or fresh chili if you like spicy

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp honey
60 ml of soy sauce
60 ml of apple juice
½ fluorescent chili powder or fresh chili if you like spicy

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the noodles as indicated on the package.

Drain and rinse the noodles well.

Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.

Put a dash of peanut oil in the pan, let the pan get hot.

Season the scampi with salt and pepper and fry them briefly and powerfully.

Cut the bell pepper and remove the seeds.

Add the peppers to the scampi together with the edamame beans and noodles.

Mix everything well together and add the sauce.

Stir everything well together and fry everything together before serving.

Finely chop the spring onion and coriander.

Finish the wok with the finely chopped spring onion, coriander and sesame seeds and some drops of hot sauce if you are a fan of it.
