5 eggs
750 ml of milk
100 g honey
Marrow of 1 vanilla sock
1 tsp cinnamon

300 g white bread
300 GROGGE-PAYS BREAK
2 Croissants
2 large Jonagold apples
Butter and cinnamon
2 handful of sunflower seeds
2 handful of cashew nuts
1 handful of pumpkin seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut all the bread into pieces of 2 cm, with crust.

Place in a baking dish covered with a baking paper.

Peel the apples, remove Klokhuis and fry them in butter with some cinnamon.

Mix in the dish under the pieces of bread.

Mix eggs, milk with honey and vanilla under each other and pour from left to right over the whole in the dish.

Mix carefully and short so that you keep the air in the bread, press lightly and sprinkle the nuts and seeds over it.

Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 185 °.
