1 small watermelon
200 g Black Kalamata Olives
1 red onion
400 G Feta
1 bone fresh tarragon
8 Sage leaves
10 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
20 tbsp soft extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper from the mill
Fleur de Sel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the watermelon, cut into slices and place on a large bowl or already divide on 4 plates.

Cut the onion into fine slices and add.

Crumble the feta over it and divide the olives.

Coarse the herbs and sprinkle over it, season with salt and pepper.

Mix oil and balsamic vinegar together and pour over it generously.

Tips This is also a nice salad for a BBQ. Feel free to use dill, oregano or basil as herbs.
