1 cucumber, washed
6 tbsp boiled sushi rice or basmati with 1 tbsp sushius mixed, cold
150 g raw salmon fillet in cubes
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 avocado in discs

Homemade Furikake:
2 Nori leaves
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the Nori a little smaller into strips and, together with the sesame seeds in Cutter, Fine Cutter.

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then in half, scrape out the seeds. Divide the rice in it.

Mix the salmon cubes with sriracha and soy and divide on top. Then dress the avocado and finish with the Furikake.

Sprinkle with some extra soy sauce if you wish.

Furi-Wadde? Yes, Furikake! This delicious Japanese topping is normally also possible with Bonito and Wasabi and so on, but I just make it super easy with nori leaves and sesame seeds, because you can easily find it in the store
