Preparation method

How do you make this?

Sandwich :

Roll the 2 slices of bread flat with a rolling roll (to roll up the bread easily). Cut the crusts. Brush the sandwich with fresh cheese. Peel the cucumber and carrot, first cut into fine slices, then fine bars. Cut bars of the slice of young cheese. Place some beams of cheese carrot and cucumber on the end of the slice of cheese (cover the entire width) roll it up completely, cut into 2 or 3 rolls (keep a little account of large of your bread box that they are stuck).

Compote: Peel the kiwi and banana. Cut into pieces. Crush everything to slippery mass and mix with apple juice. Insert a squeeze bag or in a jar with lid.

Quinoabar: Mix the honey and nut paste under the melted chocolate. Mix in the puffed quinoa until you get a homogeneous mass. Push in a rectangular or square shape covered with baking paper or plastic foil. Press well to the top is nice and smooth, strive for about 3 cm thickness your shape. Let it set for 30 minutes, cut into cubes or bars. You can prepare this together with your kids in the World Cup. They will be happy to help and you have a perfect four -hour during the week.

Drinking cup: Wash the lemon and the mint. Cut 1 slice of the lemon. Put in a drink and fill with water.
