1 knob of cane sugar
4 drops of Angostura
2 CL Cognac
Champagne

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Make a tower with the champagne glasses on a plateau. This is certainly not unimportant!

Strive for a circle shape with 1 glass in the middle at the top.

Place all glasses as close as possible to each other.

Place 1 knob of cane sugar with 4 drops of Angostura in each glass, except for the upper, and add 2 cl cognac. You finish the upper glass after the champagne has been poured.

Fill the upper glass with champagne and pour until all glasses are filled.

The party can start!
