Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop on onion and mix the minced meat with salt and pepper, egg and chapelure well together.

Divide into 4 portions.

Peel the eggs and roll them through the flower, so the minced meat gets nicely sticking to the egg.

Take a portion of minced meat, push the flat on your palm, lay egg on top and fold, press around well and roll through the panko.

Heat oil in a saucepan and let finely chopped look, onion and pepper, add passata and some honey, let it simmer for 5 minutes, if you want you can mix the sauce.

Make the potato puree, cut chervil and mix with the sixth and extra knob of butter or olive oil.

Heat your fries boiler at 165-170 ° and bake the balls per 2 for 8 to 10 minutes.

Place them on kitchen paper, cut them open with bread knife, serve with the sauce and puree.
