1 jar of raspberry jam of good quality

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 220 °

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Sprinkle the hard cubes of butter over it.

Now knead the butter in the flour with your fingertips, until you have a very fine crumble.

Beat the eggs in the milk and add, together with the lemon juice, now knead into a somewhat grainy ball of dough, sprinkle some flour on your worktop and shape a flat circle.

Now you will roll it out to about 2 cm thickness.

Take a cutter between 6 and 8 cm and stick out as many circles of dough as possible.

Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper.

Push the rest of the dough together again, roll out again and rebuk until the dough is finished.

You can also choose to cut your dough into 8 instead of sticking out.

Beat the egg yolk with a dash of milk and brush the top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes Ngl The size of your dough circles.

Let them cool on a grid.

Brush generously with sour cream.

Crush some fresh raspberries in the jam and top.

Cover on it and sit nice and straight before you bite into it. 🙂
