Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 12 buns

350 ml of lukewarm milk
60 g soft butter
1 bag of dry yeast
½ fluorescent fine salt
60 g fine sugar
520 g flower + extra to pollinate

1 KL Fleur de Sel
1 tbsp melted butter

350 ml of lukewarm milk
60 g soft butter
1 bag of dry yeast
½ fluorescent fine salt
60 g fine sugar
520 g flower + extra to pollinate

1 KL Fleur de Sel
1 tbsp melted butter

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix milk with yeast and sugar and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Put flour and salt in your mixing bowl and add the milk and soft butter.

Insert dough hook and let it knead for 10 to 15 minutes, until the dough comes from the edge. Let the dough rest for 1 hour with the plastic shield lid on and closed.

Dust your work table with some flour. Place the dough on it and convex, make a flat ball. Divide into four and then each piece into 3 equal pieces so that you get 12 pieces of equal size. Bol them all nicely, press them a little flatter and place them on a greased rectangular baking sheet. These buns do bake against each other. You can also completely display them on a larger baking tray if you prefer them to be completely round.

Put plastic foil over it and let it rise for 30 to 60 minutes in a warm place.

Sprinkle with some fleur de sel.

Bake them for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 ° C

Spread them immediately with melted butter one by one when they come out of the oven.

Put on the table and toppings to your heart's content, ideal bun for burgers!
