800 g of seasoned pig meat
1 white tripe
1 onion
1 egg
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 large Jonagold apple, washed
12 slices of fresh bacon in slices
Pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the minced meat in a bowl with salt and pepper, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs and egg and mix everything well together. Cut the core from the apple and cut it into cubes, mix well in the minced meat, divide everything into 2 portions.

Grease a baking dish and place the first part in flat oval shape, the size of the white tripe, cut the skin of the white tripe and place it on it. Then place the other part minced meat and press all around. Place cross -lings 4 slices of bacon over the minced meat and then the other all around on the bottom. Secure with a string.

Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven at 185 °. Serve with your favorite side dishes: chicory salad, potato gratin, apple sauce or mashed potatoes.
