Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the apples into slices of a thick centimeter and insert the cores with an apple drill. Pat each disk well dry, otherwise dough will not stay around well. Heat your fries boiler at 180 °.

Stir the beer into the dough and place and carefully mix in a few apple discs. Take a skewer and pierce the discs through the borehole, and carefully place them in the fries fat. Bake for 2 minutes on each side. Place them on baking paper and dust with flower sugar. Fry the rest further.

The beer in the dough is not harmful if you serve it to children: the alcohol evaporates but makes the dough extra airy.
