Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut or pull the mozzarella into small pieces. Finely chop the sun -dried tomatoes. Finely chop the basil.

Meat bread: Mix the chicken minced meat and beef in a bowl. Add the mozzarella, sun -dried tomatoes, basil, pine nuts and breadcrumbs to the minced meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Form the mixture into a meat bread and place it in one compartment of the pan distributor in the Philips Airfryer. First fry the meat bread for about 15 minutes, at 175 ° C with low air speed (1 wheel = slow cooking)

New potatoes: Mix the potatoes with olive oil, pepper and salt.

Grilled vegetables: Cut the cauliflower into florets and the bell pepper into pieces. Mix the vegetables with olive oil, pepper, salt and curry powder.

Place the potatoes and vegetables in the second and third compartment of the pan distributor and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C. Check halfway and shake the potatoes and vegetables for a moment.

Serve the meat bread in slices with the potatoes and the grilled vegetables. Add a spoon of basil pesto, some arugula and parmesan flakes as a garnish.
