1 large sweet onion

2 cm ginger
pepper and salt
1 tbsp red curry pasta
1.5 kg of sweet potatoes
260 g lentils (rinsed)
150 ml of vegetable broth
350 ml of coconut cream
1 tbsp grass grass
70 g tomato concentrate

Finishing:

1 large bone basil
1 Bot Coriander
1 lime in cubes
2 tbsp chopped peanuts

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the potatoes and cut into blocks of 2 to 3 cm. Finely chop the onion and garlic, stew with the dry herbs, ginger and the red curry. Add the stock and cream, stir and then add the potatoes. Let it simmer for 20 minutes under closed lid, add the lentils after 15 minutes.
