400 g blueberries
Zeste and juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped

Chai granola
250 g notes (almond, coconut chips, pecannoot, cashew nut, pumpkin seeds ...)
180 g oatmeal
1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
½ teaspoon of black pepper bulbs
½ teaspoon of cloves
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of agave syrup

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Add the blueberries in a saucepan, grate the orange seat, squeeze the orange over it and add the ginger. Put on the fire and let it simmer for a short time. Allow to cool.

Mix everything for the cottage cheese mixture.

For the granola, chop larger nuts such as almond, pecan or cashew some coarse. Put the nuts with the oatmeal and ginger in a bowl. Seeds and seeds can be added. Finely rub the peppercorns and cloves in a mortar and add with the rest of the herbs and the agave. Mix well and divide on a baking sheet. Roast 10-15 minutes at 150 ° C until the whole is nice golden brown and your kitchen smells like vacation. Allow to cool and store in a sealed pot.
