50 g sugar
3 egg yolks
250 g mascarpone
200 ml whipped cream
150 ml of hot water
15 g of match powder
20-25 Long fingers
matcha powder, for the finish

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the sugar with the egg yolks until you have a whitish mass. Then mix in the mascarpone until the ingredients are well mixed.

Beat the whipped cream and mix it carefully with the mascarpon mixture. Set aside.

Mix the water and match powder until smooth. Cell the long fingers in the mixture until they are waked.

Take a dish and cover the bottom with a layer of long fingers. Then scoop some of the mascarpone mixture over and smooth out. Make sure that all long fingers are completely covered.

Cover with the next layer of long fingers and brush with Mascarpone again.

Sprinkle with match powder and put one night in the fridge to stiffen.
