Ingredients:

Dorure: 1 yolk, 1 tbsp milk

1 sheet of puff pastry
6 Sage leaves
2 KL look powder
75 g ground cheddar
30 g of grated parmesan

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Roll out your puff pastry between 16 to 27 cm, other dimensions make your sticks larger or smaller so don't worry about it.

Brush your puff pastry very lightly with Dorure.

Sprinkle with the finely ground cheddar cheese, the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and sage.

Pleat nicely so that you have a tire filled with cheese and garlic.

Brush lightly with Dorure, and fold again so that you get a square.

Roll this further into a rectangle so that ingredients and puff pastry hang well together.

Insert again in a fridge to stiffen.

Now cut with serrated roll of straps of a small inch.

Turn them on their own and place on baking sheet. Push the ends slightly on plate so that they do not come loose.

Bake for 18-20 minutes at 180 °.
