Finely chop the onion. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion. Add the minced meat to the onion and fry. Season the minced meat with pepper, salt, nutmeg and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Bake until it is nicely crispy.
Cut the yellow pepper into fine strips.
Crush the feta with a fork and beat with a dash of milk. Season with salt and pepper and add 1 tbsp olive oil so that you get a spreadable mixture. Serve it in a small bowl and rub, make a well where you put the pomegranate seeds. Finish with olive oil and finely chopped mint.
Heat the tortillas as stated on package or grill them in the pan and keep them warm.
Finish:
Put everything on the table and fill to your heart's content!
That's how I fill it:
Spread a tablespoon of feta on the tortilla, a line of Harissa for the parents. If you like a bit of spicy, a heating minced meat in the middle of the tortilla and then spread on the minced meat the yellow pepper and pointed cabbage.
