What do you need?

Quantity: 4 P

Spinach Tortilla:
440 g protein
2 handful of spinach
120 g whole wheat flower
Pepper and salt
1 KL look powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Peanut oil to bake

Green lettuce lettuce:
300 gr finely chopped green -laid
2 tbsp yogurt
1 shallot
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp of rapeseed oil
1 clay honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 handful of pecans
1 handful of raisins

Meatballs:
800G mixed minced meat
1 onion, finely cut
1 toe look, finely cut
Pepper and salt
1 KL RAZ-EL-HANOUT
1/2 bone mint, cut
1/2 Bone coriander finely, cut
1 tbsp olive oil to bake

Preparation method

How do you make this?

You can make the batter for the tortillas easily and quickly in the blender or with hand blender.

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix everything until you have a nice even green batter.

Heat a frying pan on the fire with a dash of peanut oil.

Pour a thin layer of the batter into the pan, make a rotating movement with your pan so that you have a full round tortilla. Don't make your tortillas too thick.

Let the tortillas bake/yarn over medium heat, not too colored, turn them over and let them bake a little further.

Bake the rest of the dough.

Mix everything for the balls, roll balls and flatter them.

Bake until golden brown on both sides.

Finely chop the shallot, chop the pecans and mix them with the raisins in a mixing bowl.

Mix the yogurt, apple cider vinegar, mustard and honey under the shallot, pecans and raisins.

Add the green laid and mix everything well.

Cover the tortilla with a layer of green lettuce, some crispy slices of bell pepper and roll closed.
