Meatballs:
Peanut oil to bake in
600 g mixed minced chicken pig
1 egg
4-5 tbsp panko
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Pepper and salt

Tikka Masala sauce:

Peanut oil to bake in
2 toe look grated
1 tbsp ginger grated
1 onion in slices
3 tbsp Santa Maria Indian Curry Mango Herbs
1 fresh, eat -ready mango
400 ml of coconut cream
500 ml of tomato cubes
200 gr Sugar Snaps
1 red pepper in slices
Black pepper from the mill
Salty
1 tbsp tomato concentrate

TOPPINGS:
Fresh coriander
Crispy onion
Greek yogurt

Naan bread to serve with it

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all the ingredients of the minced meat, form balls and color them in some peanut oil.

Peel the mango and cut into fine pieces.

Remove the balls from the pot, add some extra oil and let it bake onion, garlic, ginger and tomato concentrate.

Deglace with tomato cubes and coconut cream and add the mango cubes.

Add the Indian Curry Mango herbs.

Let everything boil for a while and add the bell pepper, sugar snaps and balls again, let it simmer for 5 minutes under the lid.

Finish with yogurt, coriander and crispy onions and a dash of coconut cream.

Warm the naan bread for a moment.

Can also be served with basmati rice.
