100 G Iberico Ham (Jamón Ibérico)
100 g manchego cheese (queso manchego)
3 fresh white nectarines
5 apple caps
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
2 cuts of toasted wholemeal bread
Sap of half a lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the Iberico Ham and Manchego cheese into fine slices, and the white nectarines in quarters.

Arrange the ham and cheese artistically on a spacious tapas board, add the nectarines and capers.

Drizzle the olive oil over the ingredients and season with freshly ground pepper and salt.

Serve the tapasboard with roasted wholemeal bread and half a lemon. The presentation does not have to be perfect - it's about the taste!
