What do you need?
Kefta minced meat:
500G minced lamb nature
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 tsp of salt
½ fluorescent turmeric powder
½ fluorescent black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 TL ginger powder
½ tsp pepper powder
The sauce:
4 tbsp olive oil
4 large sturdy tomatoes
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
½ bunch of coriander
½ bunch of parsley
1 tsp cinnamon
Meetpunt Saffron powder
White pepper from the mill
Salty
4 eggs
2 long peppers
Harissa to taste
