Kefta minced meat:
500G minced lamb nature
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 tsp of salt
½ fluorescent turmeric powder
½ fluorescent black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 TL ginger powder
½ tsp pepper powder

The sauce:
4 tbsp olive oil
4 large sturdy tomatoes
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
½ bunch of coriander
½ bunch of parsley
1 tsp cinnamon
Meetpunt Saffron powder
White pepper from the mill
Salty
4 eggs
2 long peppers
Harissa to taste

1 Moroccan flat bread

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Heat the olive oil in the tagine and add the onions. Let them become glassy.

Meanwhile, grate the tomatoes and add them to the tagine together with the finely chopped garlic. Stir in the cinnamon and saffron and simmer for 30 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the Kefta minced meat well and form small balls. Place it in the sauce and make sure they are completely covered. Place the long peppers on top.

Cover the tagine and simmer for another 30 minutes.

Make 4 dimples in the sauce and break a breeze in each well. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes until the protein has solidified.

Serve with the Moroccan bread.
