What do you need?

2 cooking bags from Bosto Brown Rice + quinoa
2 tbsp olive oil
800 g of salmon filet without skin and bones
150 ml coconut cream
600 ml of vegetable broth
2 cm ginger
3 Teen look
1 large onion
1 TL turmeric
150 g spinach
1 small fennel
1 tsp fennel seed, bruised
Black pepper from the mill, salt
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
2 Laurier leaves
Some twigs dill

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop onion and garlic and stew into olive oil.

Add crushed fennel seeds, ginger, paprika, thyme, bay leaf and turmeric and fry for a while.

Add fennel.

Deglaze with broth, coconut cream and season with salt and pepper, let it simmer.

Cook the Bosto Brown Rice + Quinoa as stated on packaging.

Add spinach and let it shrink briefly, put the salmon cubes in it and let it simmer for 4 minutes under the lid, finish with dill and serve together in a deep plate.
