Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the freshwater shrimps in a cutter and mix. You can also just chop everything super nice if you don't have a robot.

Mix this together with the rest of the filling ingredients in a bowl.

Put the shrimp mixture in a bowl and add a spoon and a small bowl with water.

Lightly spread your steam basket with peanut oil.

Take a sheet of dough and put in your hand, caps your finger in water and slightly rub the upper side of the dough, place a pile of shrimp filling in the middle.

Fold close and press well so that you have half a moon.

Fold the top side again in pleats and divide them into your steam basket.

Steam 20 with the vegetables.

Meanwhile, mix everything for the sauce.

Serve the steamed dim sums with the vegetables and the sauce.
