What do you need?
1 pack of dim sum sheets
Filling:
225 g raw freshwater shrimps
1 kl oyster sauce
1 tbsp peanut oil
½ tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp Sesame oil
½ fluorescent salt
1 tsp sugar
1 TL grated ginger
1 tbsp finely sliced bamboo shoots
2 tbsp spring onion chopped
1 Kl Maïzena
Sauce:
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
1 kl sesame seeds
1 kl grated look
1 tsp sugar
Extra steamed vegetables:
2 packs of bimi, washed and finer cut.
