2 slices of square brown bread
4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
½ thick zucchini
1 mat of cressonette
1 handful of grated carrot
1 tbsp mustard
1 slice of young cheese

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 195 ° C.

Cut the zucchini in half and make two as large as possible rectangular pieces by cutting as little as possible. Season with salt and pepper, spread with olive oil and pan with sesame seeds.

Place the zucchini on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Toast both slices of bread in the oven or toaster and spread both sides with mustard.

Fold the cheese double so that it fits on the toast. Place the zucchini steaks, grated carrot, cressonette and the other toast.

Grab the sandwich in butter paper and cut in half so that the beautiful layers appear.
