4 small gem salads (or salad of your choice)
3 anchovy fillets on oil
100 g Parmesan in Block
1 Pijpajuin
1 tbsp strong mustard
250 ml of corn oil
1 tbsp vinegar
Black pepper from the mill
1 TL Honey
