4 small gem salads (or salad of your choice)
3 anchovy fillets on oil
100 g Parmesan in Block
1 Pijpajuin
1 tbsp strong mustard
250 ml of corn oil
1 tbsp vinegar
Black pepper from the mill
1 TL Honey

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop the Pijpajuin and put in a high measuring cup. Add half of the cheese and the rest of the ingredients (except the lettuce). Put the hand blender in and mix, add some water if it is too thick. Possibly taste and season.

Cut lettuce into slices and arrange on a plate. Divide vinaigrette on it and grate the rest of the Parmesan. Finish with some black pepper.
