500 g spaghetti
1 kg vongole-shells
5 toes look
1 bone flat parsley
Black pepper from the mill
5 tbsp olive oil
150 ml of white wine or vermout

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the garlic into fine slices, color them slightly in the oil. From the look is colored, add the vongole shells with the oil and garlic. Put the lid on the pan/pot and let it stand on a high heat until the shells open.

Deglaze with white wine, let it reduce.

Cook the pasta as stated on the package, in plenty of water.

Mix the pasta under the shells and let it simmer for a while.

Finish with flat parsley, pepper and salt.
