How do you make this?

We immerse the radishes just below the foliage in 150 g melted white chocolate. We arrange them on a bed of 150 g of chopped pistachio nuts and let them solidify them in the fridge. A few drops of olive oil and what fleur de sel for the finish ... mmmm!
