4 Mini Cheese Schnitzels with herbs and pumpkin seeds
4 slices of sweet and sour pickle
4 hamburger rolls

Coleslaw:
¼ white cabbage
2 carrots peeled
1 small onion peeled
1 tbsp Mayo
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp vinegar
1kl honey
Black pepper from the mill
Salty

How do you make this?

Place the schnitzels on a baking paper and bake 8 to 10 "at 220 °.

Grate the cabbage, carrot and onion in robot.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Cut the burgers open, put it in the oven.

Place 2 schnitzels, slice of pickle and coleslaw per sandwich.

Hat on it and skewer in it.
