4 large tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion

1 tbsp Provencal herbs
1 clad dried rosemary
2 peppers
1 zucchini
1 aubergine
140 g tomato concentrate
2 tbsp balsamic cream cream
400 G Cubetti

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Stew finely chopped onion and garlic in oil. Cut all vegetables into small cubes of 1 cm. Remove the seeds from the peppers.

Add the tomato concentrate and let it fry for a while, add dry herbs, pepper and salt and all other ingredients and let it simmer for 20 minutes, taste again and season with it, and ready.

Can you freeze or simply prepare with pasta.
