50 g gluten -free oatmeal (no instant otherwise it will be porridge)
150 ml of milk of your choice
50 g yogurt of your choice,
My favorite: Greek or Coconut Yogurt

How do you make this?

Mix the oatmeal, milk and yogurt in the bowl well and put a night in the fridge with a plastic over it. Indeed, that's it! Nothing warming up or something, great anyway!

I sometimes add some chia seed or linseed. I do like the cool texture that gives that. Is the texture a bit too thick to your taste? Then add some more milk. Too thin? More oatmeal. It is not more. I do not add too much sugar myself, but a spoon of agave, honey or coconut flower sugar is certainly possible. And then some cinnamon, saffron, cardamom powder, vanilla - you can add it all alternately. Good eh!
