Cut the salsiccia into thin slices and mix the tomato sauce with 1.5 g of salt. Cut the mozzarella julienne. Open your pizza with a little semola. Divide the tomato sauce over the pizza then add salsiccia, parmigiano, mozzarella, basil and olive oil.

Bake at 400 ° C for 60 to 90 seconds or at 250 ° C for 7 minutes.
