Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the Brazil nuts into slices and halve the pistachio nuts.

Roast the nuts in a dry pan until they are nicely golden brown.

Cut the date into slices.

Put a scoop of ice cream in a glass.

Pour the espresso over it.

Sprinkle with the nuts.
